Artificial Intelligence (AI) is advancing at a blistering pace and with all the potential upside, many companies are going all in on AI with their most important asset–their workforce. While this may seem concerning, there is a win-win-win strategy that HR professionals can adopt to thread this needle. In this session, participants will gain practical insight into successful AI implementation, understand outside tool issues, and learn what will create efficiencies in the HR workflow. Participants will also understand the application of AI in difficult and high-stake personnel decision making (e.g., recruitment, compensation) and common pitfalls to avoid.
