Back in 2018, an Accenture report entitled “Getting to Equal: The Disability Inclusion Advantage” demonstrated to the business community how companies that embrace disability inclusion tend to outperform their peers across a number of key commercial metrics.
The report went on to become an authoritative source for citations over the years for proponents arguing the business case for enhanced corporate disability inclusion.
This past week, the professional services giant, once more in partnership with workplace disability inclusion experts Disability:IN, published a new updated report entitled “The Disability Inclusion Imperative” with the intention of reframing the issues to reflect post-pandemic trends. Chief amongst these was of course the large-scale pivot to remote working during the spring of 2020 – in many ways, the most sudden and sweeping workplace disability accommodation witnessed in human history.
