Disability:IN NextGen Leadership Program is a six-month mentoring program for college students and recent graduates (no later than 2022) with disabilities. Students are matched one-on-one with mentors from Disability:IN Corporate Partners across all industries like Google, JPMorgan, Chase, Microsoft, Boeing, and Pfizer.
NextGen Leadership Opportunities:
Meet virtually twice monthly for six months with a corporate mentor.
Receive notifications of various job opportunities with Corporate Partners throughout the year via a Job Opportunity Digest.
Opportunity to attend the annual Virtual Speed Networking to meet with up to five Corporate Partners.
Network with Fortune 1000 companies and gain valuable insights into their selection process.
Participate in monthly webinars focused on a variety of topics including disability disclosure, accommodations, and interviewing.
