A little over a year ago, practitioners in this area were reeling from the recent revocation of Executive Order 11246.  NILG hosted a listening session where participants shared important feedback, concerns, and perspectives.  This follow-up session will revisit key themes that emerged, highlight responses and actions taken since then, and invite participants to share where they are now.  Through live polling and discussion, we will reflect on progress, identify remaining challenges, and continue building a collaborative path forward.
