The recent seismic changes in the HR legal environment have appropriately raised the question of what, if anything, companies should be doing with their HR data.  However, while some changes at the federal level in enforcement priorities may suggest a lesser need to analyze employment practices, the heightened federal focus on antidiscrimination law certifications for federal contractors and grant recipients, along with state regulators’ enforcement activities and private litigation, generally support a continued focus on these practices.  More importantly, keeping an eye on employment outcomes is about ensuring the optimal utilization of companies’ most important resource, their people.  In this session, we will discuss the current HR legal environment and potential developments, as well as best practices for monitoring your HR data.
