Our program will feature two dynamic sessions. The Hon. Katherine McCary, CEO of Disability: IN DC Metro, will explore how organizations can meaningfully integrate disability inclusion into their workplace strategies to foster a true culture of belonging. Katherine’s session will offer practical insights on embedding inclusive practices that go beyond compliance and create lasting impact.
We will also hear from Josh Roffman, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Roffman Horvitz, PLC, who will provide an update on the Administration’s recent anti-DEI enforcement initiatives. Josh will share perspectives on the evolving legal landscape and what these developments may mean for employers in a shifting regulatory environment.
