DESCRIPTION:Join us for a webinar:\nVirtual Only \nRegulatory attention to universities as federal contractors and grant holders has increased significantly under the Trump administration. This session will first review established legal and regulatory funding requirements\, such as compliance with Titles VI\, VII\, and IX\, and how those statutes are interpreted by the administration. We will then discuss recent enforcement tactics and compliance challenges\, including the use of the False Claims Act\, third-party whistleblowers or complainants\, funding freezes\, resolution terms\, and the use of publicity.
