ODESSA, Texas – Liberty Energy, Inc. doing business as Liberty Oilfield Services, LLC, subjected three mechanics to discrimination and harassment at an Odessa, Texas facility, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.
