PRESENTED BY: Martin S. Ebel, Director Field Management Programs EEOC
EEOC is committed to building a digital workplace to increase efficiency and provide timely service to the public. As of January 1, 2016, all of EEOC’s offices have implemented Phase I of the Digital Charge System which allows employers, against whom a charge of discrimination has been filed, to interact online with the EEOC thru a Respondent portal. By the end of October 2017, all offices will have implemented Phase 2 of the Digital Charge System which allows a potential charging party to complete an assessment and questionnaire, submit an inquiry, schedule an interview and upload and receive documents from the EEOC online. Martin Ebel, EEOC’s Director of Field Management Programs, will discuss the implementation of Phase I and Phase 2 of the Digital Charge System.
